Yes You Do.

There is nothing more empowering to myself and the person I'm working with than me saying, and them hearing, those three words.... Yes You Do. So many of us say we don't know who we are or what we love.... we don't know what our dreams are or what we are meant to do.... but Yes We Do. We have known since we first began to feel ourselves. It is our essence... our truth. We know that we shouldn't be with that person or at that job... we know that Oregon has been calling to us for years and years... we know that we are suppose to be speaking Spanish and painting daily. We know who we are. But... do we have the courage to trust ourselves and our truth?

What is from the time we could hear and speak, we were taught to tune in and say, "Okay" to our hearts.... not needing to know the hows and whys... but to just trust. Before we could ask people what we were suppose to do with our lives, we had already, for years, known to trust ourselves. We wouldn't have to ask every other person what they thought about who or what we should do or be.. we would already be doing it. :)
